AMMAN. ON SATURDAY 30 October, 2010 was the opening of Ghassan Ghaib exhibition with the title "Banned from paradise" at Karim Gallery, many people came to the opening and they were happy by this event and the wonderful work.

The exhibition is an experience project which the artist went through its details and events in the midst of the Sweden Mother Nature after he threw himself into its open arms submissive and thirsty. Ghassan Ghaib came to Sweden Mother Nature with an imagination of an astonished child because of the beauty and security he sees which he missed in the city where he used to live and grew up where is the vision pollution and ugliness.

The exhibition is an attempt to provoke the memory loaded with the inheritance and references of painful times since he existed in this chronic circle and lived the experience until its last breath. The works came to be closer to the bird instinct which is continuously looking for security and dream.

The richness of beauty was larger than what could be born by the artist power. So, he stored in his memory what he could from the sensual and vision pictures and experiences which he has included in his works. The immigration and moving experience with the silence and glamour combined each with the other came such as the bird nest of which was terminated by a cyclone trying to rebuild it.

Karim Gallery is an art gallery in Amman - Jordan (43 Wadi Saqra) displaying and selling original paintings and art works of very well-established artists from all over the world.
