Artist's Statement

"In my work I avoid a centre. I want to be free from the meaning of centrism. Why??. because I think centre is a sort of a system shins in itself to throw a heavy shadows on other components  forcing them out of attention. Centres are available and abundant in cities, politics, religion and families, there you always lay a hand on a centre. We all  look for a centre in them , but in my work viewer take a glimpse of them as a part , even as an element of  different layers, lines, words or verbal constructions. I want to break the centre, and let the work have more than one layer and one depth. The layers overtake and hide each other. So  the viewer has to look very deeply into them to read the complexity of elements. To discover what is not visible and to rediscover , rather to place , the centre in its position . So that centre concept differ from one to another.I don't use a lot of colour in my work and usually the surface is dominated by mixed media. I use the material not only for the sake of the material itself but to find a kind of connection probably a relation with every day life. I want to make the work shows a considerate approach towards every aspect of my daily affairs, for worse and for better.I also use letters and words in my work. But not to force the viewer to engage in reading them. So that is why I make them abstracted and shadowy. And that is the reason for writing their mirror images only or even masking them with thick paints. I look for the word as a visual element indicates and  interprets too far many things.  I try to stimulate the viewer to look and use his own imagination to make up his own poem. I imagine the triangle: me, the painting and the viewer. I want the work to be a white page so that every viewer can write his own day. And this is the reason why my paintings and drawings bear no titles. In fact , I want the viewer to be responsible just like the painter in order to find the riddle , the obscurity of the simple , especially the hidden meanings  that we see but can not understand.  I write down my personal notes and memories in my paintings and drawings in such a way that the work will react like a mirror. It will connect my daily life with directness of  history and  place.Life for me is not beautiful landscapes or a simple family.Nowadays technology, power and politics interfere with the edges of every being and space In an abstract deployment. I want to shout in my work, but without a sound, and I like to address peoples in the same trends poets address them, i.e. to attract all their senses.. vision, hearing and emotions."
