The next morning I had breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant facing the sea offering a beautiful view of fishing boats on the harbor. At
noon, together with the rest of the guests, we were given a tour around all the art rooms which was open daily for in-house guests and
tourist to view. All the guests were privileged to have a magical experience to sleep in all the different work of art throughout the
duration of their stay. Every room’s design possesses an individual mystic yet cerebral aura. From the bedroom window which could
either be standard or floor to ceiling to the skylight ceiling, the vistas of the calm blue sea and stars that lit brightly at night add up to
the art rooms amazing experience.

Sculpture park
After touring the fantastic rooms, Alessandro took me to a five hour journey to see Europe’s biggest Sculpture Park. It was fascinating
to see sculptures set on the hills and in the fields that were brilliantly positioned to create a strong presence that would seem to
embrace a huge mass of land. These sculptures and land art of monumental scale were created by international artists’ (Pietro
Consagra, Piero Dorazio, Tano Festa, Hidetoshi Nagasawa, Paolo Schiavocampo, Antonio Di Palma to name a few) all commission
by Presti himself.
